The amount of people whi need care is growing but,
at the same time, there are not enough hands to help. Those who already work in care are spending more and more time on documentation, instead of with the people who actually need them.

This is not a failure of caregivers.
It is a systemic failure. And that is exactly where voize comes in.

Our story starts here

voize began when our two founders, Marcel and Fabio, moved their grandfather into a care facility where they witnessed first-hand the amount of time nurses were forced to spend on documentation, rather than with the people who needed care. It was a system built to sustain bureaucracy, not the people within it.

Unable to forget this experience, Marcel and Fabio worked hand-in-hand with nursing staff to develop voize: a solution as simple as speaking.
